I am a sad, sad little person. Because I had to go to Kaiser early this morning for a fasting blood draw I wasn't able to do my normal morning routine of getting up, playing 20-25 minutes of DDR and then having my breakfast. Exertion + no food till 8:00 AM = exciting fainting spells so I didn't get to work out before I left the house.

So what do I do? I plan my lunch around going home, eating as quickly as can be safely managed with hot food, and playing 20 minutes of DDR because I really wanted to get a mid-day endorphin fix.

What makes me sadder? Is that I'm going right home after work to do it all over again.

Why the blood draw?

Go, you dancin' fool! :) I'm going to hit the pad myself tonight, after laundry. Rey called me an addict ... like that's a bad thing.

Precautionary only my new doctor wanted to get my cholesterol count and my glucose after I told her I have a family history on my fathers side of heart issues (Dad's dad dropped dead before 47) and diabetes. She said I looked really healthy but if two vials of blood can help identify a problem before it starts I'm willing to donate.
